- Wet your toothbrush with water so the tabs will easily dissolve.
- Pop one tab into your mouth and chew down until mostly dissolved.
- Brush your teeth as you normally would, using circular and back-and-forth motions, for two minutes.
- Rinse your mouth and toothbrush with water after brushing to remove any remaining toothpaste.

Please store tabs dry, away from moisture. If possible, transfer tabs to an airtight glass jar or container once received.
For best results leave paste on your teeth for 5 minutes after brushing. After allotted time, rinse mouth out with water.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have a 30 window after receiving your item to request a return. We accept all refunds and returns on the basis that the product you ordered didn't arrive at all or is defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the digital receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@joinlark.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Missing Packages
Didn't receive the item you ordered? If our fulfillment team screws up (which they seldom ever do) and your order gets sent to the wrong address or gets sucked into a different dimension we will send you a full refund. Refunds on lost packages do not apply to the purchasers having typed in the wrong address.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of used toothbrushes for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
